Anyone not using a catch can is burning some oil through the pcv system, i guarantee it.

I never add oil between changes, but I change it every 3-4k miles and only have 40k on the car.

My wifes Chrysler 300 3.5l V6 is another matter. I'm about to change the pcv valve and hopefully that stops it from drinking oil. If not I intend to stop running synthetic. It used over 2 quarts in 6k miles and has 62k. I can't believe it doesn't smoke, no leaks, weird freaking engine.

I have 202,300 miles on my 4.0 - with the Xcharger Xtreme on it since 90,000. Doesn't burn any oil between changes; always full when I check it before the drop at 7,500 miles. The catch can has junk in it and I empty that about every 2,000 miles, but no burning and the oil level remains full.
