Nyhm, it seems you're already going in the right direction. Black stripes with a dark blue Mustang looks great! The dark on dark really gives it an aggressive look I think. Good luck on your decision though! Hope my input helps in any way.

Personally I like the Super Snake stripes better than than the LeMans. Maybe you could get someone on here to shop them on before you plunk down the $$.

Others can chime in. I'm just not that big on multiple sets of stripes on one car.

The black and sonic I would say is an excellent choice. IMO, sonic has a bit more 'pop' to it than vista, so it pulls off a better contrasting look with the black than on vista blue, IMO. I keep debating on black stripes, the only thing thats holding me back is the lines of the cowl hood throwing off the stripe and making it look funky. If you do decide to go this route, I would suggest you make a few minor changes. Id swap your grille out for a black billet upper and lower, as your silver grill would clash with the new colour scheme. Also, Get some black side markers for the front and rear. Nothing worse than a bunch of mix-matched colours.

Go for a supersnake stripe in either gloss or flat black with matching fading rocker stripes. Awww yea..

Going with the matte finish so it pops out more and doesn't get lost in the blue when the sun hits it

Alright, I am doing a shameless self bump here because now I am thinking something new. What if I were to re-do the silver stripes, get blacked out lights (head, tail, side etc) with the chrome trim inlay that is on AM? Or do you thinking it will still look good with doing matte black and the blacked out lights with the inlay since the bottom on my rims are a chrome color
