Advance trac sport mode?

FYI: in the manual.
I turned both of once and dumped it in second around 45MPH - started burning rubber and getting sideways. No more for me, ESC always on
I generally keep the traction control of due to the hesitation while downshifting if you're banging it hard
I always keep my steering wheel in sport mode. Makes you take more control of the wheel with no sloppy grip, ya know.

If you want it completely off (popular choice) hold down the BRAKE and then press the button down for 5 seconds. MUST BE AT A COMPLETE STOP. Then you'll see it say "advancetrac off" and the little orange light will appear. Done.
No, I remember a poll on this whole thing like a month ago. Mostly everyone had it off when it's a sunny day so that way when they wanna play, they can. There's nothing wrong with it always being off. Aside from having to do it every single time you start the car -_-
Turn it all off bro. If you know the limits of the car, you'll be fine. I drive with mine off DAILY. Everytime I start my car, boom, TC off. You won't spin out unless you want to. have fun!

Problem is I don't know the limits...
I was in sixth going about 60. Dumped to third to pass some guy, car died and the tcs light came on. So I'm guessing it saved my life...
I'm not looking to spin out while driving on the interstate, but I always dump it to third for tht instant power. I dont know at what point this car will break free and spin.
So best for me to turn off traction but leve esc on?

More than likely, this loss of power when trying to pass someone is what is more dangerous, especially when the vehicle behaves opposite to what you expect and now instead of focusing on your driving and the road, you are focusing on figuring out what the hell just happened. Just be sure to turn TCS off when trying to pass anyone. It is safe to do, unless you are on a wet/rainy road.

this shifter scares me as easy as it is. i think because when i first got it, i was in first, and thought i was in reverse and embarrassed myself...and i was pissed off at it for a day. lol. so now im always giving it the evil eye...

I usually just turn traction control off, (1 push of the button) which lets you spin the tires in a relatively straight line, but if you start going sideways it stops you , or atleast tries to stop you. It comes on if you give it too much throttle around a corner, and seems to work well.

I dumped to 3rd going 70 when I bought the car, I didnt lose control but it chirped and I was going 100 a lot quicker than I expected and that was with everything in stock normal mode.
I dont think I would have spun out but still to chirp at 30 is pretty dang impressive lol
