Shaker 500 kicked the bucket time for after market
So my shaker 500 head unit finally got the cd changing problem they all seem to get. Looking at getting a aftermarket unit and was just wondering if their will be any surprizes that i come along when i try. Im guessing all it is is pull old unit out and souilder new hookups in and put the new unit in. Dont know if i need anything else so was just looking to get info from others who tried it. This is the kind of unit im looking at not exactly sure what model but gonna be something with a screen like this

Go to www.crutchfield.com and put in your information about your car. They are awesome and send you lots of installation goodies for free.
