Ok got the call lastnight - the part is in. Dropped off the car this morning. Waiting for the call to pick it up. Not going to happen today.

it's good to see that such a simple, obvious issue only takes 3 months and several interactions and pains in the *** to get resolved, as well as absurd requests like keeping the car over night / taking it home as an extended test.. really?

sorry. I had a similar experience trying to get them to swap my trans fluids to the TSB suggested fluids when I was getting grinding in cold temps in the winter. Took several visits and complaints to even get them to recognize or understand the issue, and ultimately they only swapped the fluid to appease me.

I have an issue with the mycolor lighting system not working properly and I'm afraid to even report the issue with how much time goes into these simple things..

Ok, picked the car up tonight... no troubles on the ride home, now the uneasy-waiting game.

Nice ride Entaille!
