It looks like hes moved forward with an attourney and he is trying to get a settlement. And like he said it will probably cost more out of pocket for ford to go this route rather than just trying to make it right. But ford asked for a extension which i believe the judge granted. Im sure this will take a long time.

What do the ford reps do on here??

Can they make something like this go smoother. Or is it just for comfort for the consumer. I guess I have never seen a post where someone has mentioned a ford rep getting something done for them

Agreed 100%! Going public after the attorney is involved. That doesn't make sense to me.

It makes sense to me. I think even if you go legal you'd still want people to know your story. Most times company "escalations" go absolutely no where, and stand as more of a PR move than anything else.

Sorry to hear of your bad luck. At least you have your health. When that starts to tank, car problems become miniscule in comparison (at least until you need to get to the Dr. for medical help...)

You've had some bad luck, but a camaro won't be any better. Like someone has already said go peek in on their forums and check out their problems.

I hope it all works out for you man, but when it does you should probably just get another mustang lol....Sounds dumb and I don't blame you if you don't after your experience.

The Ford Reps on line can be of great help but not in all situations....just like the service writer cannot tell Ford what to do. I have seen many on different sites get good help from them. They cannot do anything once an attorney is involved.

I removed the link and locked this thread. It isn't MF related.
