I finally bought steeda camber plates to fix my busted oem strut mounts. They are used with about 30k miles on them.

1. Should I re-grease the bearings, if so can i get grease at a local autoparts store, if so which grease?

2. Is there a good write up which I seem to can't find, besides the one on the Steeda website?

3. How many more miles can I get out of these plates with normal daily driving?

4. Any special tips that an alignment shop should know about to adjust these?
