Use caution in modding.
Ford is cracking down on voiding warranties on these new 5.0's due to tunes causing MAJOR problems with the #8Cylinder.
If you want a warrany intact and want to mod, my advice would be to find a very friendly dealership and talk to the honestly about your mod plans.
Ford also has tunes you can use so if all else fails talk to them about using a performance tune from them and get them to sing something saying they will honor the warranty.

No, you're good on that.. and if you really are worried and needed to take it in for warranty work you can always swap your stock mufflers back in.
