yep, totally agree +1
18" with 45 profiles here and I don't think I would
ever select a lower aspect.
That pretty much shoots a 19 or 20" rim in the azz for me.
If your not gonna stagger, stick with 255/45/18 allround and you will be good.

Brittle! After 4 hours straight of pressure washing today, you may be right! LOL!

When I was growing up, 60 and 70 series were about as "small" a sidewall as you'd ever see. Our S197's are modeled after the Stang that Steve McQueen drove in the movie "Bullit". He even did a lot if not all the driving himself and he'd throw up at the mention of even a 50 series tire.
