As far as FI goes, Roush M90 if you want to play it safe and get solid, decent boost (been there done that) but if you're willing to play the numbers a bit, the Saleen SC is more of a beast. Either one will bring a big smile to your face. Personally, I wouldnt wait either. Strike while the iron is hot.

As far as suspension, you can go really crazy if you want, but when I had that M90 on my GT, the only mods I made were eibach lowering springs (1" drop I think) and rear LCA's to eliminate wheel hop.
