Yup, helps allot. That what I figured the orientation would be based on what jpplaw told me.

 

I have always wanted a press so, this gave me a good reason to get one. There has been many times I could have used it so, went over to Harbor Freight and picked up a deal of a lifetime, a 20 ton press for $100!!!

 

Tone rings are on and new 3 inch studs are installed. My new press worked great!
