Looking at a new mustang led to me looking for a supercharger. I plan on getting a 2012 or higher, and desperately want to throw a sc in it. Can the engine handle the added power from a sc, or does the kit come with pretty much everything you need.

Most manufacturers make a complete kit, and a tuner kit. Complete kits come with all the hardware and necessary bits and pieces to get the car running (including a tune and everything else). Tuner kits are the same exact thing, without a tune, and without injectors so that you can provide your own and potentially get more power (since most tunes from the factory are for the most part conservative up to a point).
