Does it look like this damage would cause the clutch to NOT disengage? Is there a way to test the slave to see if it is bad? Between the cams and this, my wallet is tapping out, I don't want to replace everything if I don't have to. I already have the pressure plate and disk, so that will save me some.

I'd still run that bell housing. now you have a nice window to view your clutch.

with that many miles, you should replace the slave anyway.
