Default Do you need to loosen suspension to use grease fittings?

If I want to regrease a squeaky control arm or any other suspension part with a bushing can I simply use the grease fittings available and a grease gun without unbolting anything?

Is there any indication the grease is going through?

if it has fittings you shouldn't need to loosen anything.

Stock suspension parts do not have grease fittings on our Mustangs. If there is something with a fitting, it is aftermarket, and you can get to it without removing anything.
