Default mustang convertible quarter window sync

I have a 2007 convertible that when you try to raise the rear windows, the drivers side will work, the right side will start to go up a little, them go back down. Is there a way to fix or re sync the windows???

As far as I know there isn't a procedure for the convertible back windows like the front.

When it happened on my 2006 I had to have the dealer take care of it. It's been so long now I can't remember what they had to do to fix it though; the car was still under warranty when it happened.

How old is your battery? Go with me on this. In the years I had my '06, I would have intermittent trouble with the windows, left rear turn signal, and even the top. Sometime they won't work, sometimes they would stop in mid-use. I think it is the SJB. I was having window and turn signal issues a few months ago when the battery died. I put a new battery in and everything works perfectly. Thinking back, the problems went away when I put new batteries in the past. I have studied the wire diagram and traced wires many, many times. Everything points to the SJB.

Another thing to check is the switch. The drip line from the roof is directly above the window switch. If there is a leak in the door or you left the window cracked open and it rained, the switch can get wet. I left it open one day. I bought another switch on eBay and everything worked fine.
