Instrument Cluster Swap - Programming needed?

Thanks for that! The reason I bought the new cluster is simply because my soldering skills are terrible, and I don't think I could have pulled and replaced the stepper motors without issue. I'm pretty open to doing my own work, but sometimes you have to know when to keep your hands off something :-)

As far as swapping the chip, it sounds like the same deal. That's a bummer. Such is life though.

I'm going to get a 2nd key today, it only came with one. I'd like to have 3, so I'll probably buy a couple of blanks and program them myself after I have the 2 keys necessary for it. At least it worked well on my F150.

Electronics are a double edged sword. They provide luxuries, but are super annoying at times.
