Default Timing chain guide/tensioner problem

Recently the one of the guides/tensioners on my timing chain broke. The broken part shattered my valve cover.
We're trying to replace it but I can't figure out what the part number is.
This is on a 2006 4l v6 with automatic transtransmission.

I think thats where the broken part came from

The broken bit

The pictures aren't great but could anyone point me in the right direction? Also any advice on checking and getting bits of the valve cover out?

Common problem..

If you can't see the "bits" up top, the "bits" are no longer in the valve cover. They fall
all the way down...

rockauto is where i get my parts. just use the drop down menus to find the right parts. looks like you'll need a timing chain tensioner and a timing chain guide. buy motorcraft parts when possible. when those aren't available, id recommend cloyes parts, as i replaced all of those components in my 1999 4.6L with that brand and she's still romping around w/ 177000 on the odometer. absolute pain in the *** to replace tho.

Are the guides and tensioners the same for the automatic and the manual? On rockauto I've only seen the ones for the manual.

The difference is with or without balance shaft if you are looking at a complete Timing Chain Kit. I don't know the difference on the msutangs. BTW Cloyes and Melling are the two that actually make the OEM Ford parts so, you can't go wrong with either.
