I have a 2006 GT and the other day I noticed the right taillight and right parking light is on when the car is off. Also some times now the power locks and windows won’t work when the car is running also fog lights won’t work, headlights go out sometimes just one. When I change stations on the radio no sound. If I shut the car off sometimes things will work but the taillight still will not turn off. I bought the car used a couple years ago and had the problem that a lot of people had with water leaking down around or through the fuse box due to the under hood drain being clogged so I’m guessing this might have something to do with it. I have a appointment to have it checked out in a few days at the Ford dealer. Anyone else have this type of problem or information? I’m worried about the cost to track it down.

It is most likely related to the SJB (fuse box) in the passenger side footwell. You can remove the cover and inspect it for corrosion. 2005 and 2006 are prone to that problem and some people fixed it by replacing the box, without addressing the actual problem. The problem is water leakage, not just from the cowl.
