Default PCM or not PCM

Greetings...I have been spending too much time trying to diagnose my 2010 4.0L Mustang. Seems to run fine then I get all sorts of codes and drive ability issues. On my X-Ray scanner I get emission codes, purge valve and vent codes, egr codes, O2 sensor codes both lean and rich, The scanner shows the the voltage of both banks moving toward zero.O2 sensor heater codes. The fuel trims are high positives. The AC compressor shows engaged on the scanner but the clutch is not physically engaged. Only the low fan comes on and the scanner shows engine temps @224-228. High speed fans does not come on. Then later I can start the car and all the vitals and trims and ac are working great! ...until i think it heats up. I cannot believe all of the components are defective.. Anyone have the pins outs for the pcm conectors where I can do some signal checking. I cannot find them. BTW...I checked the battery voltage with a scope and found literally no noise greater than maybe 50mv.
