Ghost
Just picked up a February issue of MM&FF on page 142 there is a good article on installing lowering springs. I see that I wiil picking up an adjustable panhard bar soon. And possiblely some adjustable caster plates for the front.I'll know after I have the alignment checked.

Ghost,

Stang Suspension is one of the sponsors here and they have the best article on spring selection I've seen on their website. Here's the link.

My next purchase will probably be Progress Competition Coilovers....They do make springs too.....

Spring specs according to Dezod's site (www.dezod.com) are 1.3" in Front & 1.8" in Rear

The coilovers I am getting are gonna be awesome. I was talking to Paul over there at Dezod Motors and he said they will valve the coilovers to either drag, auto-x, road race or daily driver for free! I thought that was sweet.

They are even on sale now too. I wonder how long they will be for....

The reason why I am getting coilovers is because the Buffalo streets here are hell!! Some road trips cause havoc on your suspension. I decided to get the coilovers so that when I want, I can slam it or raise it up. Not to mention Progress match the valing and spring rates to compliment each other to give awesome handling. I had a set of these progress on my old car, and man the car handled like a Porsche.

Edit: Thanks to these guys, they cut me a slammin deal on a package price for LT headers and my exhaust.
