You gotta be about 5'4" before someone can sit behind you!

I too am 6-2" and fit in my 05 vert just fine. I do have the power seat, maybe this makes the difference. Give it a try.

Ok, fellas, if "built" one on line at the FORD.CA web site. There is no premuim interior package that has a separate power seat; it's standard. I have it with the handling package, leather trimmed bucket seats, active antitheft system, Shaker radio ( without the special trunk speaker) torch red charcoal black roof and dark charcoal.

what's the difference between the base and the GT model in the convertible? Besides the price.

base vs. GT is the engine, among other things. Do you mean deluxe vs. premium? I think premium includes the shaker 500, iup, leather, maybe a little more. Check fordvehicles.com

I know the difference in the engine, but that's it. All the other options are the same in both vehicles. It still does not justify nearly $10,000 more.

It's been a while since I actually shopped for mine, but some of this is right I'm sure... On the GT, obviously the engine, mounts, dual exhaust, different rear fascia (similar, but for the dual exhaust), different front fascia and grill, TCS, possibly ABS (don't remember on that one), fog lights, clutch (I think), wheels and tires, and probably some other stuff I'm forgetting. There's more to it than just the engine... you should be able to tell by comparing price sheets or even just pulling a brochure from a dealer or online.

I love your licence plate!! Mine is HI THERE, but on the vehicle ownership it is HITHERE, which can be read has HIT HERE!!! Something you don't want on the back of your Mustang!!

Are those tykes your grandkids?? I have 2 kids (10 and 7) of my own. Do they ride you? Is there enough rooms for them in the back? Do you have TORCH RED paint? I'm trying to decide which paint, either the TORCH RED or the REDFIRE.
