Ford has performance packages for sale right now, and a blower will be in the newest package scheduled to come out this spring from what i understand. So a good option would be to buy a new 06 or 07 GT mustang, have the handling package and the performance package installed at the dealer, and supposedly you will still have a warranty.

I'm seeing alot of people talking about buying a new Shelby as an investment. Lets face the facts, that most cars are not a good investment when you compare it to say the stock market.
1. Shelby- say u get one for 45,000.00
2. Store it for 30 yrss
3. Sell it for 200,000
4. Rate of return would be a low 5% not taking into account upkeep storage and other little things that will show up.
Also, this is a gamble that they will be in same demand as the classic Shelbys now.
So, buy one for the right reason, to drive the hell out of it.
