I agree with everyone, a tune and a higher PSI pulley with CAI seems to be the way to go. Check with JDM in Freehold, NJ, they seem to have the Saleen SC dialed in without using you as a guinea pig. You will void the saleen warrenty as soon as you remove the stock pulley. As for Pronunciation, I have been a Saleen nut for 15+ years and I always said SAY Leen, but it's Sa LEEN. Just watch one of their public relations videos on their web site, and hear it right from Steve himself.

thanks for all of your help guys...one last question, if i JUST re-tune the car will that void warranty? Because that's my main concern, maybe down the road I will do some aftermarket stuff and all, but it is only 1 month old and I want to keep it under warranty for awhile.

I would also assumer WHERE i get it tuned is important...I live in Albuquerque, New Mexico...We don't have many high end car shops here so just wondering how i should go about looking for a place to tune my car...thank again!

at the very least keep the "stock" saleen setup on the shelf and your warranty is on the shelf. If if blows or whatever i would make sure that it was in "stock" trim when i told them about it........

I don't really know what you mean by your responce, sorry haha. I have a 3 year 36K mile warranty on it...So are you saying don't do anything until those 3 years or 26K miles are up?

And i still wanna know, if I can re-tune the car and have it still be (100%) UNder warranty....Sorry for my ignorance

If you are worried at all about voiding the warranty then dont do anything. If you even re-flash the computer there may be a way for them to tell that is was tampered with even if you put it back to factory when taking it in for service. I dont think there are many folks on this board worried about voided warranty if they are doing mods. Minus an electrical malfunction that involves the computer, they will probably never check the computer, but how bad do you want that reflash vs. how bad you feel by having no warranty?
