I have seen those stickers in San Francisco before, some group just put them there don't worry about it. It's just a smart form of vandalism, and there so good most gas station workers don't even notice them.

There was a sticker on the pump that I filled up that said "Did your lunch have a face" PETA [sm=wtf.gif]
