I was under the impression that a "staggered" setup is when the rear WHEELS are wider than the front ones, which is the setup I have now. At least on several other forums, this is the impression that's out there as far as the term "staggered" goes.
I did a Google search and found the term being used in both scenarios. That's a new one to me - learn something every day!
In the 1 pic of your rear end, i can see your driver side tire sticks out a little more then your passenger side , this is what happens when you lower the rear of a mustang. The adjustable panhard bar would align that to center... yours doesn't look that bad but if later want to add a wider tire, it will be more pronounced. I have 275 40r 18 on the rear of my car they are almost 11 inches wide. I have the same kit as you and the offset was noticeable till i adjusted it "even" with my adjustable panhard bar. It wasn't noticeable with the stock tires. The unwritten rule is anything beyond 1" of drop should use an adjustable panhard bar. So you dont need 1 but its better to have 1 if you go beyond 1 inch of lowering and add fatter tires..
