H11 or 9145 for driving light bulb replacement
no where I read says anything except both of these bulb #'s are listed as replacements. are they one in the same/no difference? will either work as a 2010 driving/fog light replacement?
Thanks!
Thanks!

I can't speak for the 2010, but on my 2006 there are two bulbs listed as well. One of them is for the V6 Pony Package lights and the other is the GT fogs. I would suggest that you take the current bulb to an auto parts store to make sure that you are getting the correct base.

check out that thread. my stock 2010 bulbs were the 9145 but they didnt match aftermarket 9145s.... so i did a search and people with 9145s had used 9005 bulbs and had it work. i looked at the pics of the 9005 and it looked exactly like my stock bulb (unlike the aftermarket 9145s which didnt). so i bought it and they work great.

The 9145's and H11's are fog lamp bulbs and does depend on if it's the GT or Pony; not driving lights. The S197 was never equiped with factory driving lights. There's a big difference in the lamp assembly's beam pattern.
The halogen headlamps are H13.

Careful. The stock 9145 fog lamp is 55 watts. The 9005 is 65 watts. Although 10 watts doesn't sound like much, the additional heat could cause some long term problems. I'd keep an eye on it. Also, brighter fogs don't make better fogs. But if you use your fogs solely to look cool (or like a dork, depending on your perspective), then by all means...
