I have placed 3 orders from you guys in the past month (spoiler, wheel package, and scoop)
I actually paid more for the last item from you guys just because of the customer service, so things like this go a long way.
I am currently in the process of going through one claim, and will continue to order no matter what the outcome..

Wow! OP just dodged like 40 bullets there! I hope you still learned your lesson though and next time you'll make sure that you received the correct part before you go on tampering it. AM is taking a big loss here with that hood, but much respect to them for going above and waaaaaay beyond to keep a customer satisfied. If I were OP, I'd sell that 05-09 hood at just shipping cost to one of the members on here just to "give back" to the Mustang community. Like someone previously stated, why would a store take back a shirt that you already ruined if it were mislabeled.
Outstanding! It's not often you find a company willing to keep a customer in this fashion. The best possible outcome for both IMO. The customer is happy and AM gets a few brownie-points for future business.

The thing I am waiting on the most is the 13 Tuner for the V6. Once I see that I want to add a CAI, Tuner, Axle back and maybe some gears..
And yes, I check your website daily.. Back when I ordered the GT500 spoiler I was not sure it would fit, but you have updated that already
