Metra is full of shxt!!! So from what I'm seeing, they say they back up their products, yet when you have a problem with their products, their answer is "we've never heard of that problem." Shxt, next time they'll tell you the same crap I got: "Well, we've never heard of that problem with our product, so it must be YOUR car! You need to get YOUR car fixed." It's a damn shame they're about the only player in the game aside from Scosche!
