Finding Stripe Installer

Finding Stripe Installer
Having a tough time finding someone to install stripes on my 2012 GT. Dealer salesman told me they would give me the name of the person that does theirs but never did - also said they charge about $400 for double stripes bumper-to-bumper. I think this is quite expensive.
I would buy the stripe kit myself. Anyone have suggestions for types of places that would install stripes for a reasonable price or how I could look for them? Also, how much I could expect to pay for good quality install? What should I look for in an installer?
I am in the Miami-Dade (South Florida) area. Haven't had much luck with google so far. Checked with a "sign shop" and they quoted me $400 even with me supplying the stripes.
Thanks for any help.

just do it yourself man, its super easy.
just follow the instructions, degrease the surface, then get a spray bottle, fill with water with some johnsons n johnsons baby soap in it, figure out where they need to go, soak the area/paper with the soapy water, lay down, pull the paper out slowly while working out the bubbles with a squeegy scraper thing, work slow, use a razor to cut the gaps where needed when you have it all laid out, work out all the bubbles and water from underneath, then just let it sit and dry for 2 days.
I did the side stripes on my 05 and took me a few hours and looks great.

just did my own stripes too on my v6 2012 kona. ordered it online for 75 bucks, looked up a couple videos on youtube (wet method), had a friend help, cant tell the difference between my job and factory from a relatively close distance. love it.

I agree with what Shelty said, you could consider doing it yourself. I have ZERO patience for that kind of stuff(I'm removing wallpaper now and about to give up and hire someone) but putting stripes on wasn't bad at all, even kind of fun using the method he described.

I just put mine on today. Order them from the Decal Shoppe. They are specifically cut for your mustang. The AM ones are for multiple years and so some trimming is required. Every piece was perfect no trimming at all. We messed up slightly on one piece but other than that, it came out really well. Get a heat gun though, it helps immensely. You can pick them up for around $25. I only paid $115 for 12" matte black stripes. I'll post some pics soon.
