Default Resetting Speedometer for new wheels

Hi!

Looking to mount some 18 x 8.5 wheels on my GT, just curious what the repercussions are of changing the wheel size on these cars?!

The wheel size isn't the issue. It's the tire O.D. You need to use any of the online calculators to see how the new tire O.D. differs from the OE tire O.D. and how far off your speedometer will be, if at all. If you need to adjust it, you'll need the new tires revs/mile (available from the tire specs) and a hand held tuner (tire revs/mile are user-adjustable).
