Ryan's10Pony

There are elastic straps on each side of the top that are secured to frame under round plastic washers. They stretch as the top is folded to keep things aligned I think. Mine have lost their stretch and sometimes end up hanging down and showing when the top is put up. Being cheap in quality they have lost their ability to return to original size.
Can they be replaced or is there a better quality part or fix available? Thanks.
