I didn't notice anything different going to the tune to the 87s, but will be putting 91 on on the next fill and changing to the 91s or 91p, and I'll try to pay close attention.

Surprisingly enough, I didn't notice all that much difference in sound when adding the Airaid CAI (except maybe for WOT). But again, it might be because I mostly hear the Borla Touring axlebacks.

The change in sound has not been immediate. It's taken a week or so.

I've been running the 93 r for the last 2 weeks and thought I was crazy---but agree it does sound much better and deeper now. Truthfully the car is running much better now than when I first loaded the tune.

Well, I just filled 'er up with 91 octane, and first applied the 91s tune (was running the 87s tune). Took the car for a loop that is part of my daily commute, so I have a good comparison for how it feels. (Although, it was a bit wet out there today, so I really couldn't push it too hard). Anyway, it was definately a noticable bump from the 87s. Really snappy. Then, I applied the 91P, which was the first time I've ever ran the Performance tune, at any octane. Did the same loop again. My first, very short impressions were that it might have had a bit more higher up in the range, but missed the lower-end snap that the 91s had. Again, all of this is very brief, first impressions, so I might notice something later.

My plan is to run 91s for a while to just get a good longer term comparison against the 87s. Power and MPGs specifically (I suspect the street tune might have an effective lower mpg than the performance tune, but I want to get a good sampling first). Then, I'll move to the 91p tune and see what sorts of MPGs it returns on my daily commutes.
