Default rubbing noise

Have a noise while driving, somewhat faint and it was there bfore my gear install.. its sounds like my wheel is out of balance and almost rubbig on the wheel liner, but its not.. idk. Someone suggested to me today the brake rotors may be surfaced unevenly and the pad is hitting the rough spot at one point, but i dont think thats it either. /ive had my car on a lift and didnt see anything that would be making this noise. anyone else have this issue?

When do you hear the noises? Accelerating? Braking? Turning? Idling?

makes the noise from 0-40mph and it gets faster as i am going.. kinda like a vump vump vump noise.. I had the car up on jack stands yesterday with the load of the car on the suspension, i let the car roll in first gear and I couldn't here it. which leads me to believe there needs to be a load on the tires. btw im 99% sure its coming from the passenger rear.

could this be a bad wheel bearing already?

Sounds like a tire, you could rotate them and see if it comes from the front

found the source of the noise. my rear passenger rotor is warped or unevenly cut. car only has 2200 miles on it. now its gota go to ford to get a new rotor. ughh.
