Default side marker flickering

hi guys, been having a problem with my side marker. it only happens on my driver's side, rear. every morning when I go to my car and unlock it, remotely, my driver side rear light side marker flickers and only a quarter of it. let me back up a sec, I originally replace my OEM side marker with led because, the same thing, my rear driver side light was flickering. I thought it was just the light bulb going out. So I order some led side markers in which all work really good but that rear driver light is the only one that flickers, and it's only a quarter of it that does, not the whole entire led side marker just a quarter of it. Now I know for sure it's not my led light, could it be the pigtail, image 1, or just my wiring for some reason. I checked to see if this was corroded at all and noting. I even checked the led to see if it had water in it and nothing fell out. the wired thing is that I replaced my battery 4 weeks ago and the flickering went away, iv been noticing that now every morning it flickers and after when iv been driving it goes away. keep in mind that every morning it's cold and throughout the day it gets warm.
