Question AC Control Issues in 2014

My AC controls on my dash just recently seemingly turned off. The controls don't do anything, and I have no power to the lights. They were kinda stuck on the last setting which was heat on the windshield, but I unplugged the battery and now I'm not getting any air. I checked fuses 10 12 and 14 in the cabin and 14 was blown, so I tried replacing it, and still nothing. I tested the lines going to the control panel and there is power coming from 3 wires.

For a little background knowledge my battery shorted out a couple of weeks ago and I assume it killed my AC controls. I had been replacing my sound system after symptoms of the battery failing started, and my car kept dying and having to be jumped every 10 or so minutes. I also did pull out the sync display.

My running theories are a failed climate control module/control panel, or the display had some sort of baring on the ac system. Any Ideas?

Default Figured it out

for anyone in the future with similar issues, turns out the non-navigation display (which I had cut the wires to ugh) had some sort of logic running the AC panel.
