408 cam question

i took a ford motorsports x cam out of my 408
i know it was a little small, but at the time thats all i had to throw in it
my heads might be a little too small too - twisted wedge
373 gears, 5 speed
not going to spray it much, if i do only 175
going to drive it on the street sometimes
ive been looking at a comp nitrious cam - 282-294 232 244@50 .565 .580
any cam recomendations?
