Default 12.4:1 compression.

my compression ratio is 12.4:1, is it possible running it on pump gas? 93 or 90 octane?

its a 408W.
Thanks in advance folks.

You can do it on 93 octane minimum but i would back the timing down just a bit. The problem is you would not get the benefits of the
cubes and compression because you decided to go with cheaper fuel. Horsepower will be down, but it will be safe..
BTW, if it is carbed then you might have to rejet it.

With the timing retarded it will probably run a little on the warm side also.

retard the timing a bit OR get 93 octane and buy a whole lotta octane boost. easier and cheaper to Not get that high of CR
