Default long tubes

Has anyone tried to put long tube headers on a sn95 351w swap? Im toying with the idea but Im not to sure if there would be enough room to fit them. Also how low do they hang down. I was told I would scrape them over every bump I hit.

If you are not in a rush, you can do it. I intentionally put the wrong headers in my swap. 351 swap headers are made to fit the taller 351 engine, but if you were to use 5.0 LTs, they will not hang down, but you would have to modify the floor for them to fit. This will prevent them from hanging below the car.

Lots of work, plus you have to have the H pipe fabricated, since the 351 will make the headers wider appart. My car is very low, and the headers will not drag.
