The only problem is I don't know a lot of the terminology when it comes to turbos.

are the "225cc heads" is that referring to the amount of volume that is not going to be " filled by a piston" or...?

I like to know everything about what I am working on

it refers to the amount of volume in the intake port

the problem with a 225cc head is that 9 times out of 10 they are designed for a 4.125" bore, not a 4.030".

on an NA car it wouldnt be that big of a deal, but getting that close to the ragged edge you want to remove any kind of risk for detonation.

could always just save the scratch for a 351W DART block and a 230cc head and 20+ psi

If you dont know much about turbos you REALLY need to read lots more before you make a purchase of any parts if you are gone that way. A 225 head is not need on a 351 with a turbo. turbos dont need super flowing heads to work. No matter the turbo will push the air through the intake side and the exhaust is gone to get all backed up when the air hits the turbo. all this is just put out in simple terms so it is not the last word do yourself a favor and read lots more on turbos they really are a very different animal. I have seen out of the box TW 170cc heads run 8.90 in a street car with a 331. so save yourself some cash and look around more.. you also might want to find a site more based on turbo cars where there is lots of combs to look at not just one or two and people that live and breath this turbo stuff. Not trying to sound like a D1ck or anything just the facts. with the HP you want to make a turbo on a 351 is kind of a waste now if you want to make 600HP or more streetable HP then I would be looking to a turbo. Hell a stock 351 with a gt40 p head and a turbo will make the HP you want and more easy..So why spend crazy money on 225 heads?
