I'd say it's a pretty nice car for the money providing the interior is in good shape and the milage isn't to high. I'd drive it and check for rust also.

cobra fox mustangs had them, got one on my 89, reason it's an overdrive is it's a smaller than stock one and I use it to clear my pulley configuration for s/c set up, but the water pump pulley was an overdrive on the cobra in 93
