will GT40 heads fits on a 351 someone said drill holes for bolts bigger is that right?
and they said you can get the heads milled and that will make the compression increase is that true also?

Yes, its true but I would go with something better than GT40 heads. Go aluminum, especially since the weight difference from the 302 and a 351. A 351W w iron heads will be aloooot of weight.
