...a horn like sound when you floor it? It's been bugging me for some time but everytime I gun it, I can hear a short 'honk' around 2nd or 3rd gear. Anybody else experienced this?

im not sure i know what honk sound ure talking about but when i floor mine and im up in the rpm range.... i here a sound that sounds REALLY out of place, like a kazoo or blow dryer, or really loud synchros, i hope you get that sound posted soon, i dunno if its something i should worry about.

mabey there is a clown trapped under your hood...that whould explain the horn/kazoo noises

i hate to say it but it sounds like an old subaru transmission at wot a week before it falls throught the floor, like a woosh, growl and squeeling sound, more of a sort of winded wolf-pig than a clown. darn i wish i had a microphone on this computer
