Default C&L-Xcal2 air/fuel & shifting?

I'm considering the C&L CAI& SCT Xcal2 combo from Brenspeed for my 07 Automatic.
I live in Colorado @ 5200' elevation.
Can I adjust the air/fuel mixture for higher elevation or would I need to?
Also, can I adjust how the Automatic shifts or does Brenspeed do that?
I'll probably get an 87 & 91 tune, but right now I have no idea on the 3rd tune.
Thanks,
RS

Just make sure when you talk to Brent, Todd or karen at Brenspeed that you tell them you need the tunes adjusted for 5200'. you can adjust his Stock tunes for WOT A/F lean or rich by 2% increments. The car's ECM can compensate trim tables on his tunes for most elevation issues. I have a manual so i am not sure about auto shift pressues/rpms, but i cant imagine him locking those out on his .ll3 files. Get tunes for the gas avilable in your area. I started on 87 tune and worked up through 89 to 91 tune. I figured out that the cost for me was the same because of more efficient at 91 octane gave me enough better milage it compensated for the extra $.20 per gallon for 91 over 87.

I have the SCT and intake from Alternative Auto in mount clemens michigan andI have the quickest bolt on v6 (which is an auto) You will be able to adjust the shift pressure and shift mph with the sct2, as well as many other things.
+1 on billybix76's advice on the tunes themselves, pays off to talk with them about what you want

What is a safe high performance shift pressure for the street? 20%?
