I have an opportunity to buy a stockSVT Supercharger out of an 04 Mustang Cobra that had a 4.6. Is there anyway that this would fit in my 2005 4.0?????

I'm pretty sure that supercharger is way too big for the 4.0, especially considering it's over half a liter larger, and that the modular motors are 4 valve, and thus have a higher cfm capacity than even a regular 4.6L. of course, you could follow flapjack's lead and try installing a 4.6 or 5.4 which, according to a number of tests, will put out over 400 to the wheel with a pnp and a set of headers

not a chance. there is an X charger for the 4.0's. look into that if u want a roots style blower

I did see that, it was sweet. But that was a big project that a big shop worked on. The other guy wants to do it in his driveway.
