Pypes Stainless Steel MID MUFFLER Cat back system...
Hey guys,
Does anyone know if this setup will work on a 4.0? Their website lists it as a GT system but I thought i read on here that somoene was running this on a sixer. As usual, I can't find that post now, maybe I misread it. Here's the website...http://www.americanmuscle.com/pypes-...r-catback.html
I'm at that point where I'm about ready to go dual so I'm trying to make my final decision before I take the plunge. I had a hella deal on a couple GT take-offs with the appearance package (the rolled tips versus the regular ones), but I'd still need to go out and get the midpipes and an X or H so I wonder if I'm better offjust buying a system.
Here's my real dilemna...I have a torch red 07 V6. I love my car, but the dual exhaust is really more or less just for looks. I won't race it but I want dual exhaust. I know taking the car to a local shop (say Midas or a local guy) won't give me the mandrel bent pipes but how much does that matter for my daily driver? Sure I'll add a CAI/tune, maybe an UDP, and short throw shifter, but it's all in fun for me, not for racing. THoughts?
