Default Pro-Charger

I'm buying a 2006 Base Coupe with a Pro-Charger intercooled turbo on it and was wondering if anyone has this set-up and what there opinions are? Thanks

Pro-charger is a supercharger not a turbo.

And to your ? about the pro-charger I don't know of anyone with a V6 with a pro-charger on here. Its usually Vortech if its a centrifugal supercharger.

I have a Procharger. I have the tuner kit. I am on the mustang collective as well. Here is a link to the video of my car being dynotuned: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3orpJ51AcXw

You should be very happy with that setup. But, check out the crankcase ventilation setup carefully, especially being in a cold climate. Depending on where you live, there can be a moderate amount of moisture build up within the engine, and a good crankcase ventilation system is needed to pull it out, otherwise open your oil fill cap and you'll see "baby-****" yellow gunk. The reason I mention this is most of the Procharger setups I've seen completely eliminate the PCV from the system, and therefore do not have much pull on crankcase vapors.

Otherwise, Procharger (and Vortech) setups can be a LOT of fun, and very reliable, if the car is tuned properly.
