I want to upgrade my 7.5 rear end. I have a 2008 auto V6. If I had $1299, I'd get the 8.8 rear end. So without a whole new rear end upgrade, is a used t-lock worth it? I see two on ebay now check the links out:

The second T-lock(link) has some teeth on the bottom of it IDK y.

Or should I just fork up the $494 for the new auburn one on Americanmuscle.com?

okay I'm beginning to think this part will not fit. Will either of these two parts fit an 08 with 28 spline axles? (I asked the seller and I'm not getting a response).
