Bypassing the AC

Bypassing the AC
Hi all, I hope someone can help me.
I have a 2005 V6 4.0, which I love, when I brouight it the AC never worked (rad damaged). Not a issue in the UK as never really need it.
However, now the pump is **cked because I guess because no lube is going round. What I want to do is bypass it which does look possible.
Does anyone know the belt size to bypass the AC?

Welcome!
I can't answer the belt size question, but as long as the AC clutch remains disengaged, it's basically an idler pulley. No need to bypass it unless something's wrong with the pulley/bearing/shaft, or if you're trying to remove AC components to shed weight.

Thanks for replying, see I thought the same however its sounding like a can of beans with nuts in it. We disconnected the AC lead so it should just spin
I am going to try and bypass it today with a 1795 belt
