Car will not fully turn off
The past couple weeks my 2006 4.0 V6 has been experiencing some issues. Most I can fix, like the leather on my doors peeling off, but recently my car will sometimes not turn all the way off when parked and key removed. This started happening maybe two months ago, and has only popped up 4 or 5 times. The last time I recorded it (Attatched below). Anyone have any thoughts on what might be causing it?

Mine does that every once in a while, I have to put the key back in and pull it out
to get it to stop. There is a key sense in the lock cylinder, thinks the key is in
the ignition. It's not that your car did not turn off, it just thinks the key is in the
ignition, and that is the warning chime.
I don't have to start mine up to get it to stop, just put the key in, and then pull it out...
Mine was messed with, because even though I have the two sided keys, and
you should be able to put it in, in any direction, no... I have to put the key in
with the ford logo facing the front of the car. If I put it in the other way, it won't
turn, or sometimes, turns with resistance. THEN, I had the key get stuck in
there that way once. The dealer noticed it too, and I was not going to pay to
have it fixed, but they said they did what they could without going into billable
hours for other work I had it in there for....

Thanks! Ill have to try just putting my key in and out next time, but as long as it isn't draining the battery I'm not concerned about it.
