Default Codes Popping after changing clutch

Good morning everyone. This is my first post here so don't beat me up too bad lol.

I have a 2009 Mustang V6 with a manual transmission. I just changed the clutch out on it a couple weeks ago(it actually sat in the garage for a few months with the battery disconnected and some of the components out of it. Anyways, it is back together and I have made sure everything is connected.

I have a lot of codes popping for the CEL and once I start driving it pops up the wrench icon on the instrument panel which I guess is "limp home mode". The car seems to drive fine other than not having the power it should in first gear after the limp home mode light comes on.

I took it to autozone and had them used the ODB scanner and the following codes popped which didn't pop before the clutch was changed:

P0102 Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low input
P0135 Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1
P0141 Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2
P0155 Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 2 Sensor 1
P0161 Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 2 Sensor 2
P0403 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Circuit Malfunctioning
P0443 Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Valve Circuit Malfunction
P0446 EVAP System Vent Control Circuit

I had them reset the codes and once I drove away the limp home mode light came on and the next time I started the car the codes popped again. I'm kind of at a loss as to what could have caused all these codes to pop. Any ideas???

When you did the clutch you may have pinched some of the wires. All of those codes could happen when putting things back together and knocking a connection loose, pinching a wire, or swapping the wiring for the sensors from one bank to the other.

Thanks for that. Iíll go through and double check all of the wires and connections. I hope I didnít pinch anything while putting it back on.

Pinched or not reconnected properly. When you find the harness, disconnect it and check for bent or loose pins. Then reconnect it.
